The sync should look at and pull the effective date listed in PrismHR that correlates with the item it is syncing. In our experience, rarely are changes made the same day they became effective, and this is why an effective date is used. For example, the pay rate effective date should be the effective date selected and listed in PrismHR not the date of the sync. Currently we must manually add any pay rate changes to each individual employee profile because the sync ignores the effective date entered in Prism.
