Allow payroll export integration to be set up by workweek

For the PrismHR payroll sync, it would be great if there was an option to have the hours feed over by workweek end date for biweekly payrolls. Currently the only options are by pay period (using the pay period end date as the "charge" date), or we can export daily hours. It would be helpful for overtime tracking (especially with the new OBBBA regulations for tax exemptions on FLSA mandated OT for over 40 hours in a workweek) that we get the data by workweek end date (like Week 1 and Week 2 for a biweekly pay period).
