Add email verification to SecureSend for the Sender

Submitted on behalf of Sara Wirt with PaySmart Payroll. They would like email validation added to SecureSend for the Sender email

"Is there a way that the email entered would send a code to the actual email to require a code or a verification before they can send a message? I attached a picture for reference. Since this allows the ability to add any email address, this can be completed by a fraudulent person imitating anyone- this can be catastrophic without the proper authorization."
