Our workweek is Monday - Sunday but your platform is set up as Sunday through Saturday and it is a headache to accurately track scheduled hours across weeks to avoid Overtime.
I wanted to update you that this issue was addressed with a release at the end of September. You can now set the workweek in the schedule settings in the Provider Portal.
Hi Kurt, thanks for your idea. Just to clarify, are you speaking about the workweek on the schedule? The time card work week should reflect your pay period settings, but the schedule does not, so would you be looking for the schedule settings to mirror the time card in regards to work week?
