It might be helpful to see a schedule by time instead of by groups and name. This way we can see if any shifts are unscheduled. Basically, how open shifts are shown, would be nice to see shifts that are not open in the same format.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'd like to make sure I'm understanding your case correctly because, while the Week and 2-Week views are currently constrained by the employee order, there is a single day view which arranges schedules horizontally by time of day. This gives a scheduler a view of any gaps in the day where there are no shifts. Is that closer to how you'd like to view the schedules?
