Ability to run Time Off Request report for pending status only

Under the Time Off Request Report, under Select by Criteria option, provide the ability to select the status of the request as a criteria enabling the ability to include Pending, Approved, or Denied criteria as delineated by the requester in the criteria selection fields. I've attached an image of where this option should be offered.
