Gusto Integration Enhancement to push weekly hours instead of total hours

Gusto is requiring the hours be entered by individual weeks in order to calculate overtime pay correctly. The sync from Workforce Hub pushes the hours for the full payroll period, rather than by individual weeks. We have to manually key in hours by week, which defeats the purpose of the integration.


For example, the payroll that just occurred, the payroll period was 10/7 through 10/20. When the hours were pushed from WFH into Gusto, the total hours were sent and landed in the "Total" column in Gusto. However, because there is paid overtime, Gusto wants the hours by week. In this case, it would be the hours for the week of 10/7-10/13 and the hours for the week of 10/14-10/20. These two weeks added together equal the Total hours from WFH, but we are having to manually key them into the columns for individual weeks in Gusto.


So, we are asking for weekly hours to push to the correct week within Gusto.
