If a company elects to not utilize the scheduling feature it would be helpful to be able to toggle the feature off and on. To improve the experience scheduling could be a toggle under the Features tab that providers could toggle off when companies opt to not use scheduling in WorkforceHub. A main concern is that despite telling employees to ignore this tab they could misunderstand/forget and go to it and think they are not scheduled when they are in fact scheduled just somewhere outside of WFH. Similarly a manager could create and publish a schedule in WFH when they shouldn't. The scheduling feature currently does not meet a lot of our partners needs so they will not be utilizing it at least until additional features are rolled out and have already asked for us to remove the option from their portal.
