Notification to approve timecard

An automated notification, that we don't have to manually create, at the end of each pay period that would remind employees/managers to approve their timecards. This would not be an alert on the timecard but rather a notification employees/managers received via email and push notification. It could be mapped using the pay period selected under "Time Card Settings" for the company. If this is not an option, then a way to set up a recurring/scheduled "Company Message" that only has to be created once but would be sent out on a schedule, would be helpful.
