Employees marked "exempt" should not have overtime calculated

When marking an employee "exempt" in the people screen, they will still have overtime calculated in timekeeping, unless you add a script to prevent it.

    Thanks for the suggestion Tim. We will look more into ways to make exempting employees from overtime easier.
