Accrual WIzard auto enroll new employees

We are in states that require sick accruals, and the workforce hub wizard works great for the way the state laws are written. The one downside is that you have to enroll every single employee, and it often gets missed. Then once the period is locked you can't get it to calculate the accruals on locked periods. Having an auto enroll would fix all these issues. It is also common on every payroll system I have had to be able to have an auto add, and usually even limiting who with groups, locations, or some other method.
