Banner at top of schedule to alert staff to holiday, event, black out days, etc

It is more helpful to have a banner to call attention to an all staff event, rather than in the company message area. We are a busy bakery, and calling attention to holidays and all staffs are helpful in the actual schedule. We also put banners above "black out days", meaning staff can't ask for those days off.
