Streamline Time Off request by eliminating Tile dropdowns

When requesting time off, there are tiles on the request screen representing different punch categories that can be used (PTO, Sick, Vacation, Unpaid, etc.). After clicking a partiuclar tile, a new menu appears to select dates, etc.. There is also is a drop down menu requiring further selection of the desired punch category. This seems to be an extra step that should be unnecessary. If a person selects the PTO tile, PTO should automatically be the default category without needing an additional drop down.
