Allow renaming the Home fields

Please allow partners to rename the home fields in timekeeping to be something descriptive for the client. For example, if we use Home 1 for an alternate accrual rate for time off, we should be able to rename it "Alternate Accrual Rate" so the client doesn't have to remember which home field does what.
