It would be extremely helpful if divisions could come over from Prism when running an employee sync, like departments and projects.

For those of you who use scheduling and org levels - if we added a Division org level, would you want to be able to select a Division in the Shift Details section of the Add and Edit Shift forms (where Position, Location, Department and Job are currently selectable)?
We need this field to be accessible through the API to integrate with two other systems as a field. I'm not sure if we could use it on the Org Level since we haven't figured out how to utilize the org levels while integrating with other systems.
Thanks Jennifer! The integrations teams (Swipeclock and Apex) are working on being able to pass more information using the integration. With regards to my question, it sounds like you need the Division value as an Org Level to support variable pay. If there's anything else you would use it for in WFH, let me know. I'm working on identifying the use cases related to being able to store a Division value in WFH.
This is from an Apex perspective.....We should be able to integrate and pass back through pay any set up we have in Apex....whether it's EE settings - Div, Location, Department, or job titles and job codes, rate ID's for variable pay etc....and especially Punch Categories that are tied back to Earnings codes. Not being able to connect all in the information in payroll make an integration useless.
We have many clients that use clock prompts for different departments and/or jobs for variable pay rates...they need to be able to push back to Apex.
Hi! Can everyone who voted on this idea comment on how you would use the Division value in WFH if it were available there? Also, would it be of more value if it were an official Org Level in WFH (like Dept, Location, Position) or would it be just as valuable if it were just able to be stored in a field that you mapped it to in the integration? Thanks!

Multiple client have also requested that Manager be an optional field that could be included in the sync from Prism.
