Ability to Clear Auto-Lunch and Default Hours

When terminating an employee, it may be useful to be able to be able to clear default hours, default auto lunch or to allow the value to be override to 0 in the case of a terminated employee or laid off employee for consideration for future rehire and for the process flow of updating to their current hours instead of capturing old, incorrect data.
