Entering Customer name 1 time

For clients with field employees, the customer name has to be entered in 3 different places - Location, Geofence, and Labor Prompt. Ideally, the customer name should be entered one time with selections to choose what "jobs" it should be assigned to. Three places leaves a lot of room for error that won't be discovered until an employee can't clock in. Enter the name and pertinent information, have some selections that include geofencing, and set the fence from right there, and have buttons to select "location & labor prompt" This would realay improve efficiency and make it much more user friendly, as well as cut down on room for errors.
