Currently, the Time Off section shows total PTO hours available but does not account for future approved requests. Employees must run a Balance Report through 12/31/2026 to see their actual remaining balance.
For example, the app may show 163 hours available, when the true balance is 93 hours. This can be misleading. It would be more helpful if the displayed balance reflected remaining PTO after considering approved future time off.

I wish it showed the balances on that main time off dashboard on the app without having to run a balance report.
Yes, it would make a lot of sense for the displayed balance to reflect remaining PTO available to use for the year, not just as of that date!
