Add a "Forgot Password" link on the mobile application.
Employees that can't remember their password, don't have a way to reset their password on the mobile app. Most of the employees that are using the mobile app aren't logging in on a computer, so they don't know the website to go to.
Request to Prevent clock-in and clock-out with Geofence Settings
It would be nice if timeworks Plus had the ability to not allow anyone to clock in unless they are in the geofence. We want to have the ability to not let them clock in unless they are on inside the geofence
Collect punch when no service and upload when service is restored
For employees that use the mobile app and they work in areas with spotty cell service, collecting the punch and uploading when cell service is restored would be very helpful.
Increase Timeout Feature on App during clock in/out

Ability for employee to complete workflow from app rather than desktop computer.
Currently the employee must complete the workflows (certifications) using a desktop computer. I woudl be helpful if they could do this using the mobile app, like they were able to do during the onboarding process.
Adding to do list in the app so employees can sign documents on the app.
Allowing employees to sign documents on the app would make help make the process smoother and faster when needing to collect employee documents. Employees sometimes dont realize there is more on the web portal and it confuses them everytime.
My crew is always being logged out of the application and since they don't know their password I have to manually input their times or reset their passwords
