Ability to Edit Approved PTO from Time Card

It would be a big time saver if admins had the ability to edit PTO that has already been approved from the employee's time card. This is the first platform we've used that did not automatically give admins the ability to edit PTO. It's extremely frustrating to have to go through the steps of either messaging the employee to withdraw the request, or leave the time card screen to deny the request myself, then message the employee as to why I had to do this. Help!
