Add Employment Type code to Manage Time Cards dashboard

When the payroll is reviewed by a company admin, it would be helpful for them to have a column for the employment type to appear next to the employees' names. This would make it much easier for an admin to tell if the person is full-time and should have 80 hours per pay period or if they are part time and thus will have fewer hours.
