Viewing Picked Up Shifts More Than 30 Days in Advance

It would be really helpful for admin to be able to see the open shifts which have been requested to be picked up by employees more than 30 days in advance. Our schedule for Nov/Dec is usually pretty locked down as early as Sept/Oct so it would be helpful to go ahead and see who has picked up open shifts to be able to tell where more coverage is needed as early as possible.
