Default hours should be 0, not 80

We use WFH has a clocking system, meaning thar hourly employees log their time. I am confused why the system automatically (and without the ability to change it at enrollment) is set to 80 hours. I then have to wait to process and then go into WFH and our payroll portal to adjust it later. Please consider making the default 0.
