Show shift comment or shift title on the schedule view. When you have multiple shifts and positions for the same day it is difficult to see what shift is for each position by looking at the calendar

On April 3rd, 2025, we released our SmartShift functionality to the WorkforceHub scheduler. Among the improvements included in this new feature is the ability to apply a company's organizational data to the shift (Departments, Locations, Positions, and Jobs).
When you use the organizational data on the shift, you can choose to show one of the organizational types on the shift tiles through the Display Options / View tab.
These details are visible to the employee if they view the details of there shift. Additionally, the company admin can choose one of the organization types to display on the employee list view of schedules. This is found in the Scheduling page of the Admin area.
Lastly, when the organizational criteria is applied to the shift, dropped shifts will be selectively filtered to those employees qualified for those matching attributes.
Thank you for your idea. We have actually been looking at adding some utility to the schedule in terms of labels or titles, which may also address your request. We do not have a timeline on delivery yet, but we will factor in your feedback.
