Finalized Payperiod Editing

Hello,

I recommend that once a pay period is finalized in the HUB the editing option on the Timecard should not be visible to the client. Having the editing option open after a pay period is finalized causes a lot of confusion for the client when they try to edit, and they get a warning not letting them complete the edit.
