Admin ability to adjust/remove approved time off directly on time sheet

Would love to be able to adjust approved time off directly on the time sheet as I am reviewing time sheets prior to payroll submission. At a minimum, adding a link on the line where the locked time-off request sits in the time sheet that would open a window that takes you right to that particular time-off request so you can deny it to remove it from the time sheet and then close the window to return to what you were doing (I don't like this idea because then it will send a "deny" email to the employee). In other words, there needs to be an easier way to remove or edit the time-off request on the time sheet -- at least for admins. When reviewing time sheets before a payroll run, it's disruptive to have to leave where you are in the process to go somewhere else to do something, and we're not actually DENYING the request (especially since the date has already passed), we are just wanting to modify it after the fact if we see someone didn't use as much time as they thought they would need or ended up coming in when they had been approved out. Maybe you can set it up so once the date is passed, the PTO on the time sheet unlocks for admins only. But you still maintain the record of it's request and approval.
