Making it mandatory to approve/deny pto requests every pay period makes us make decisions about scheduling very far in advance. if we could either A. only approve/deny requests that are pertinent to the month/quarter B. put in a specified time window for PTO requests

Adding a "contingent" status would help here too. The requests could be moved to Contingent until admin is ready to approve/deny when ready to do scheduling. This "contingent" suggestion was entered as another suggestion.
