With intelligent clocks, it would be nice to have additional features that could be enabled for employees to request time off, view and/or submit time cards for approval.

Dont see Help menu in WHUB same as you have one in TWP where provider and clients can search their questions/topics and use it as manual for trainings, not have to as us for every question

When created custom reports several fields are not available as "demographic defaults" resulting in the need to create custom fields for information that already exists in an employee's worker profile. Fields such as: mobile phone number, contacts...

The payroll export report requires "file format", and provides an error if entered incorrectly, but does not provide "file format" options. This is a difficult feature that I can never successfully use.

Currently swipeclock only allows saved templates for individual shifts, not full weeks - this isn't helpful to us

We offer both products, it would be easier to have a unified login for employees.
