PEOPLE tab be removed from Manager view

Is it possible to have the PEOPLE tab removed from the front page? Only be visible to those with Company Administrator access?
Managers are given access to Swipeclock to view their teams timecards. They can also see this People tab with everyone that is set up Swipeclock online access. I had a new manager that expressed his concern with having other managers see his Email being used. Also the Employee Code should not be visible to others. This is the code employees use to utilize the timeclock. For security purposes can the PEOPLE tab be removed from Manager access? Or set up a filter for Managers can view only those listed reporting under them.

Limit Access to the People Tab

There should be an options to hide the People tab from Managers and Employees or Managers can only view their employees and employees view should be hidden.

Need the ability customize the employee tab or hide all together

Not all of our clients are comfortable with the employee tab. They would like the ability to control what can be seen on that directory OR take it away all together. We would much rather take it away completely than breach employee confidentiality...
