The Bulk Add and Edit feature should give us the ability to add an effective date to the changes we are making.

Having the ability to add an effective date to the spreadsheet would significantly improve accuracy and the speed at which we make changes to multiple employees. Currently, to change the effective date we can't even utilize the bulk upload, instead we must go into the individual employee's profile select the correct tab, select the item that needs changed, enter the change, enter the date, and then repeat for each employee. This makes it incredibly difficult to make any change to multiple employees. For instance when pay rate changes occur once a year for large companies we have to individually update the pay rate in each profile as it must have the correct date listed to ensure they aren't over or under paid by a day or days.
