Gray out or remove the NEXT button on "Finalize Pay Period" step of Payroll Review

Please gray out until they have selected SUBMIT and/or remove the NEXT button on "Finalize Pay Period" step of Payroll Review. Even though we point it out very clearly in our tutorials clients still understandably miss the smaller and less obvious SUBMIT button and select NEXT as it is more obvious and what they have been selecting for the other 3 steps. The issue with this is then clients can still make changes to their timecards, and we never know if our clients have finalized payroll without reaching out to them.
