This wording leads employees to believe the displayed hours represent their remaining balance, when in fact it reflects the hours they have already used year-to-date. Updating this label or allowing administrators to customize the message would provide much-needed clarity, reduce employee misunderstandings, and minimize unnecessary HR or manager inquiries.
