Employee notifications for mandated breaks

For clients working in states with mandated breaks/lunches, it would be helpful if a push notification or email could be sent to employees reminding them to take their break/lunch when they are approaching the deadline if they have not already clocked out. For example, an employee in California would get an email that it's time take their break after 4 hours of work if they haven't already punched out to break; they would get another email after 5 hours that it's time to clock out for lunch if they haven't already clocked out. Connecticut employees would get a notice 2 hours prior to the end of their shift if the scheduled shift is at least 7.5 hours. Similar rules would be set up for other mandated states. This could be turned on/off at the client company's request if they choose to monitor it themselves.
