You need to have MFA for HUBPlus because you are storing people's bank account numbers, SS numbers, W2's etc.
Not having MFA puts our clients and their employee's at risk for having their PII exposed.

Our company data was compromised this past January. We have made many changes regarding security since then, and we need to have MFA on our WorkforceHub accounts if we are going to consider continuing use of the product moving forward.

Hi Jennifer,
We strongly agree that protecting sensitive information like this is important in the WorkforceHub product. While I don't have a firm date of delivery yet, this is something we have on our roadmap, hopefully near the end of 2026.
