add all employees to approved time off calendar view to employees / not just in same department

Employees can currently see the approved time off calendar for employees in the same department, but it would be very helpful if they could see approved time off for the whole company. This would be especially helpful for employees answer client phone calls, take messages for them, or need assistance from coworkers who are in other departments at other locations.
