We have clients who have multiple locations and payroll is completed by location.

If an employee mistypes one item and notices it later in the onboarding process, they have to start everything over again. This is inconvenient when it comes to lengthy applications.

Need the ability to go backwards when setting up new hire onboarding. Having one mistyped item and having to start the process over from the beginning is inconvenient.

This would really benefit employees that speak primarily speak languages other than English or Spanish.

It would be nice if the employees had the option to update their state W4 through the system as well.

Would love to be able to adjust approved time off directly on the time sheet as I am reviewing time sheets prior to payroll submission. At a minimum, adding a link on the line where the locked time-off request sits in the time sheet that would ope...

Having the ability to export adds to the usefulness of this software.

It would be great if employers could create templates of workflows to make repeated tasks easier. For example, a template for a "personnel action form" for employee pay raises, promotions, terminations, etc.

Creating the ability for multiple parties to sign off on documents & onboarding documents. For example: employee, manager, and HR rep need to sign off on certain documents.

Allow for employees to upload files during onboarding for items such as driver's license, certifications, copy of a voided check, etc.
