Case: 00263361 - Update PEOPLE tab view

Update PEOPLE tab so that Managers can only see their team assigned to them instead of everyone in the organization with Swipeclock online access. Those employees with Swipeclock Online access should not see anyone under the PEOPLE view but their own information.


Or remove the "Employee" code from the PEOPLE tab could be another solution.


This case was discussed with Ryan Cook (support technician) on 4/26/2024 and Ryan can assist with what I am referring to.

    Do we have a solution for this? I'm having the same problem, I need to remove multiple columns from the people view.

    Our company believes this to be data security violation when personal email addresses are visible to ALL employees. Is there a way for the configuration to allow removing the PEOPLE tab or being able to limit the fields that are visible to specific user types.

Limit Access to the People Tab

There should be an options to hide the People tab from Managers and Employees or Managers can only view their employees and employees view should be hidden.

Not all of our clients are comfortable with the employee tab. They would like the ability to control what can be seen on that directory OR take it away all together. We would much rather take it away completely than breach employee confidentiality...
