When editing a shift, allow option to edit all future shifts. We can duplicate a shift to the future schedule, but if we need to edit that shift, now we have to edit each one individually for the entire future we created it for.

Use hire date as effective PrismHR employee sync date vs. the date of the sync.
This would eliminate having to manually update the effective date to the hire date so that scripting will function properly. The only field that should remain the date of the sync that we can think of would be for pay rate changes.
Addition of a "Contingent" approval status for time off requests.
Addition of a "Contingent" category (in addition to Approve and Deny). The request would remain in that category until the Manager changes it to Approve or Deny.
Allow Upload from Employees during Onboarding (I-9 Documentation)
We need Employee's to have the availability to upload documentation during the onboarding process so that we can complete the employer side of the onboarding.
so that if an employee calls in sick we can have their shift changed so that it either allows us to do a paid sick call out or an unpaid sick call out that will then translate to the time card?
