Filter Accruals

Previously I could pull PTO totals by department/location. It appears that I can no longer do that. Please add a filter to pull the report by department/location.

NY PFL automatically checked in the sync

When a new employee is synched to Payroll Relief, the NY disabililty box is automatically synced but the NY PFL is not. PLease update this so the PFL check box is automatically synced .

Need buttons to Expand all and Collapse all employees in the Org chart.
