Expand repeat options for scheduled shifts

Currently a shift can only be repeated on a weekly basis. It would be very helpful to have more robust options for repeating shifts, similar to Outlook. E.g., bi-weekly, monthly, etc.

Need an Unlimited Policy option in Accrual Policies

We need an option to assign an unlimited accrual policy to individual employees and not all or none. The current settings only allow for policies to be assigned if there are numbers attached to the policy.

Delete Labels under Documents and Links

Currently there are multiple pre-existing labels for Documents and Links. We would like to be able to remove these or customize them to only show the labels we create.

Allow edit all future shifts

When editing a shift, allow option to edit all future shifts. We can duplicate a shift to the future schedule, but if we need to edit that shift, now we have to edit each one individually for the entire future we created it for.

Use hire date as effective PrismHR employee sync date vs. the date of the sync.

This would eliminate having to manually update the effective date to the hire date so that scripting will function properly. The only field that should remain the date of the sync that we can think of would be for pay rate changes.

Allow scheduler to display more than 2 weeks at a time on those that the schedule does not changes

For set weekly schedules allow the client to copy the schedule to more than two weeks at a time. Maybe consider allowing up to 3 months.

Block employees from clocking in prior to the start date

A new hire should not have the ability to clock in/out prior to their start date. Their timecard should be grayed out prior to their start date.
