Allow company operating hours and closures on schedule

Clients should be able to set daily open hours for the schedule as well as closures for specific recurring days or holidays where no shifts can be schedule

Use hire date as effective PrismHR employee sync date vs. the date of the sync.

This would eliminate having to manually update the effective date to the hire date so that scripting will function properly. The only field that should remain the date of the sync that we can think of would be for pay rate changes.

Client detail notes section

It would be great to have a notes section in the client account. This would be beneficial for new admin level users to see how the account is setup without having to reach out for details.
