It is difficult to maintain Roles in each user's profile. A configuration that is more rule based like TWP's Login Maintenance screen will be extremely beneficial especially for companies with large employee counts.

Add more limitations to the notifications section or add additional roles for admin level or higher positions. Owners or other higher up positions don't necessarily need to receive notification on when an employee forgot their password for example...

My employees get a reminder when they forget to punch in, but we need one for forget to punch OUT, too. It's so much work to fix everyone's forgotten punches.
