Employees marked "exempt" should not have overtime calculated

When marking an employee "exempt" in the people screen, they will still have overtime calculated in timekeeping, unless you add a script to prevent it.

Allow all users to see all approved PTO for the company.

Currently only supervisors / admins are the only people that see all of the scheduled PTO for the whole company. It would be nice if you could allow everyone to see everyone's approved / scheduled PTO.

Use hire date as effective PrismHR employee sync date vs. the date of the sync.

This would eliminate having to manually update the effective date to the hire date so that scripting will function properly. The only field that should remain the date of the sync that we can think of would be for pay rate changes.

Ability for employee to complete workflow from app rather than desktop computer.

Currently the employee must complete the workflows (certifications) using a desktop computer. I woudl be helpful if they could do this using the mobile app, like they were able to do during the onboarding process.
