It would be helpful to have the export blocked when integrating the termination date of an employee. We would much rather manually turn this back on for an employee who was terminated during the current pay period than risk paying them twice.

Need the ability to select individual employees. Some departments have smaller groups that we need to target.

Employees should be able to use the suggestion box, recognition wall, and complete check ins on their mobile app. They don't currently use the suggestion box because most of our employees do not use the web application.

Allow a way to either download a report of e-acknowledgements or download a copy of the acknowledgement including the date and time of when the employee agreed to it.

The 24-hour expiration window for employee invites is at times too short and can be hard to correctly time, especially on weekends or when working with very part-time employees. An option to turn off the expiration or extend it would be helpful.

Just as you can on the web it would be wonderful if employees could begin typing their selection and the list would populate their selection. Having to scroll through a list of 100+ options is tedious on the app.
