This would cut down on trying to figure out who changed schedule and when it was changed so employee's are not confused or caught off guard to last minute change.

It would be great if employers could create templates of workflows to make repeated tasks easier. For example, a template for a "personnel action form" for employee pay raises, promotions, terminations, etc.
so that if an employee calls in sick we can have their shift changed so that it either allows us to do a paid sick call out or an unpaid sick call out that will then translate to the time card?
